- Write it honestly, not beautifullyPlain words are enough. There is no wrong way to say what happened to you.
- A few sentences is plentyMost stories land somewhere between 100 and 400 words. Longer is welcome; shorter is too.
- One true moment beats a whole timelineA single morning, a song, a sentence someone said — the small, specific things carry the most.
- Your name is your choiceShare anonymously, with initials, or with your full name. Your email is never published.
- Nothing appears without your permissionEvery story is read personally and reviewed before it is ever shown on the site.
